Skeptical? She Was...
Katie writes to share her skepticism about Finger Healing:
"In the beginning of the first Finger Healing DVD, you say that it only works if I believe in it. I did not mean to, but I never watched the rest of the DVD, cause I don't know how to make myself believe. As soon as I start to believe, that's when my bratty brain starts doubting.
On the other hand, I think your "sore-throat" Finger Healing cured my sore throat today!!!!
But my naturally analytical very scientifically trained brain (which grew up in an atheist country) is saying to me that it will not work next time...???
Am I beyond help?

First of all, I highly doubt you're "beyond help."
And I don't think you believe it either, or else you wouldn't have written this email.
First of all, I recommend watching the rest of the Finger Healing DVDs.
If you don't have them, you can get them here:

Even if you're skeptical, watch them anyway, and practice the symbols.
And whenever you find yourself doubting, try this:
Give yourself a "thought experiment."
Imagine that you truly and fully believe in the power of these symbols to change your life for the better.
Do your best to concentrate on the meditations and the Finger Healing symbols.
And don't be so quick to dismiss the positive changes in your life.
